You will be with fisherman, restaurateurs and advocates that are passionate about seafood sustainability and the preservation of California’s majestic king salmon population. Seven of SF’s top chefs will be serving up delicious bites all night and chatting about the future of seafood at this unique waterfront venue, TwoXSea’s fish processing house, which will be converted for the evening so attendees can get a look inside a real fish house.
